Cedar Creek Country Club Estates
Coulee Region Land Surveyors was retained after Mr. Kirchner purchased the lot for building his new residence. We assisted with developing the building envelope. This building envelope is outlining the land that remains for developing improvements after set backs and zoning restrictions are placed on the lot. A boundary survey and topographical survey were also completed. The goal was to provide Mr. Kirchner with a map that would allow him to layout the building site for his residence that avoids Native American burial sites located within the lot lines.
